OAN aired a 30-second clip acknowledging that there was no widespread voter fraud in 2020 as it settled with two Georgia election workers.
In December 2021, Wandrea Moss and Ruby Freeman sued OAN after the network accused them of electoral fraud, resulting in death threats and harassment.

A few days before OAN aired the segment, host Dan Ball kicked off his show, saying he watched 2,000 mules and thought the election was rigged:
After watching The 2000 Mule, OAN’s Dan Ball said: “This election was a rigged period and what they did to this country was one of the greatest acts of treason in the history of our country. Is that my opinion? Yes. But I’m basing my opinion on what it turns out to be” pic.twitter.com/lkoJFR3nPR

Newsmax already has to settle lawsuits related to false claims about 2020 election, but refuses to touch on D’Souza filmmost likely because they do not want to be prosecuted again.
OAN seems to have nothing to lose. They lost 90% of their ratings and revenue after DirecTV dumped them
DirecTV ditched OAN on April 5, So the network has almost no coverage in the US.
Most of the people OAN lied about voter fraud pervasive in 2020 can no longer watch the network, but it’s important to have them admit on the air that they lied.
Trump supporters who believe election fraud will not be persuaded by the pre-recorded OAN footage, but accountability is important, and OAN has taken responsibility for its 2020 election lies.
