Natalia recently revealed an interesting story about Vince McMahon’s treatment of her uncle, Brett Hartin his early days in WWE.
Hart served as WWE In-ring contender from 1984 to 1997. Although he became one of the company’s top main events in the 1990s, the killer was mostly in the tag team in the 1980s.
Speaking on Corey Graves “After the Bells” On the podcast, Natalia claimed that McMahon had little interest in Hart early in his career.
“Bret Hart was told he would never make it,” Natalia said. “Vince McMahon didn’t even want to make eye contact with Brett Hart when he first met him. Later, Brett became one of Vince’s most valuable players in the business, and Brett remains an iconic figure , still talking about it today when Brett was fired.”
Almost four decades later, Hart is widely regarded as one of the greatest wrestlers in history. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame again in 2006 (individually) and in 2019 (member of the Hart Foundation).
Natalia still wants to be one of Vince McMahon’s top stars
Ronda Rousey will defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship Natalia Money in the bank on Saturday.
Discussing her current role in WWE, Queen Hearts made it clear that she is never satisfied with where she is in her career. The 40-year-old still hopes to be a Main Event player like Becky Lynch and Steve Austin.
“Steve Austin was fired once, Becky Lynch was fired once,” Natalia continued. “I go in every day thinking, this could be the day things change. And, we’re all in this together. You can even see people at the top of the food chain, me and a lot of people in the background, we’re all going through the same things.”
The former Divas Champion added that she often feels “heads-on” in WWE. However, she sees it as a positive because it shows how much she cares.
