With more than a year away from any Republican presidential primary, it’s too early to make any educated predictions. But a new poll shows Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Leading in the Sunshine State Former President Donald Trump.
Again, it’s too early, but this would be a breaking change at the top of the GOP heap.
In a hypothetical 2024 Florida primary, DeSantis leads Trump 48 percent to 40 percent.

Presence within the Republican Party
Now, in this particular case, DeSantis may well have just gained home-court advantage. (Yes, Trump lives there, but most Republicans probably don’t think of him as a “Floridian” like their current governor.)
But DeSantis is no slouch, and he’s definitely a conservative favorite.
Since his election in 2018, Ron DeSantis has become a rising star on the right with his no-nonsense governing style and willingness to confront the media.

But another poll, the Politico/Morning Consult poll released Wednesday, shows that when we move out of Florida, things are very different: If the Republican primaries were held today52% of respondents said they would vote for Trump, and 19% said they would vote for Ron DeSantis.
3 years ago, I was afraid to shout out to a Liberal party that I support Trump. Unable to deal with crashes. Now, whenever I get the chance, I think it’s a hobby to show my support for him and DeSantis, watching their heads explode and crying forever in your delusions

Other interesting poll results
So far, there are a lot of polls saying a lot of things. Another recent poll, the Harvard-CAPS Harris Poll, Also shows some interesting numbers.
If the 2024 presidential election were held today, Donald Trump would beat Joe Biden by 45 to 42 percent.
A hypothetical showdown between Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris doesn’t bode well for Democrats either. Trump beat Harris by 47%-40%. Another very interesting result was when things narrowed down to the Republican primary.
With Trump in the race, he won with 59 percent of the vote, with DeSantis coming in second with 17 percent.
But get Trump out of the race and things change. DeSantis won with 39 percent of the vote, and former Vice President Mike Pence came in second with 18 percent.
Clearly, DeSantis is waiting.
Favorability is also a fascinating snapshot. Donald Trump, Mike Pence and Bernie Sanders have the highest approval ratings of any American politician.
In fourth and fifth place, respectively, are Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. Ron DeSantis is No. 6 on the list, but he’s not yet a “national figure” like the others.
Why do people with DeSantis insanity syndrome show the same symptoms as people with Trump insanity syndrome?
Because they are the same person.

Other Polling Numbers Democrats Don’t Want You to Know
While Democrats want to point out how popular Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders might be, there are a few other things they wish you didn’t know. Like the fact that, according to the same Harvard-CAPS Harris poll, 55% of Americans are more concerned with the socialist left than “MAGA Republicans.”
This year’s polls are good for Donald Trump. at the CPAC meeting in February, Trump polled DeSantis 59% to 28%. But at the Wisconsin Republican convention in May, DeSantis defeated Trump 38 percent to 32 percent.
By July, at the Turning Point gathering in America, Trump wins the polls again Leading with 78.7 percent of the vote, DeSantis led with 19.0 percent.
If both Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis enter the 2024 GOP presidential race, Republicans will surely start popcorn.
