Jamie Lee Henry, the Army’s first openly transgender officer, and Henry’s wife, Anna Gabriel, were indicted on Thursday in the case they tried to accuse Provide Russia with medical records of active-duty U.S. soldiers.
A federal grand jury in Baltimore indicted the couple on charges of conspiracy and wrongful disclosure of personally identifiable health information.
The indictment filed Wednesday charges two Maryland doctors with conspiracy and unlawful disclosure of medical information.

Fort Bragg doctor Henry and Johns Hopkins anesthesiologist Gabrielian allegedly provided information to an undercover FBI agent, according to prosecutors impersonating a russian diplomat.
The information was reportedly about soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg, home to Delta Force and Special Operations Command.
According to Thursday’s indictment, Gabrilian said she was motivated “to give Russia whatever help she could, even if it meant being fired or going to jail, out of patriotic motives for Russia.”
