During a roundtable discussion on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Republican campaign adviser Scott Jennings blasted Donald Trump in a way that Republicans rarely hear. Of course, this is not a normal Trump week. Trump has never threatened someone that the person has a death wish, as Trump did with Senator Mitch McConnell, the most powerful Republican in modern history.
Jennings said: (video below)
“It’s hard to know where to start, assassination orders or blatant racism. “
No, starting with “Assassination Order” because Trump showed his racism right after walking down the escalator.
“If you read the whole thing aloud, if you heard someone on the street muttering on a street corner, you wouldn’t say, ‘Well, let’s hand the presidency or the Republican presidential nomination to this guy .
“You would say call 911 because it sounds like a deranged, deranged person is out on the street and could be a danger to himself and others.”
Then Jennings really took his stride:
“It’s outrageous, beyond pale. Every Republican should be able to say that. It’s not good for the party. It’s not good for him.
“On the right, right now, it’s really trending to spread the clip of Joe Biden looking like he’s confused or a little out of whack, whatever. You tell me [Trump’s post] It doesn’t sound like insanity, insanity, confusion, etc. – it’s all the same. If you want to say these things about Joe Biden, look at what Donald Trump is saying now and tell me this guy sounds like his stuff. “
Biden possible There are occasional moments of forgetfulness that he may not have had in his youth, but his judgment and critical thinking are as sharp as ever. There is no comparison, not at all. Biden is using the presidency to assemble the most effective and significant term since Reagan upended the country (and it worked for Reagan). Biden has given DeSantis everything he asked for, and because he cares, he’s in the belly of the beast in the “Florida Red Zone.” Trump is an arrogant lunatic and he is very dangerous. He tried to use the country as a means of self-preservation. Oh, isn’t it weird that Trump didn’t do anything for his neighbors in Florida?
