United Arab Emirates’ loss to India has lowered their net run rate. They have zero points, have lost both games and are eager to bounce back quickly. Malaysia hovered at the bottom of the table.
Deepti Sharma and Jemimah Rodrigues represent India against UAE
Batting first, India went 19-3 in Game 5 as Jemima Rodriguez teamed up with Dipti Sharma and formed a fabulous partnership to lift the team out of a precarious situation The score struggled.
They had over 100 runs between them to get the team a competitive score. Rodriguez continued her plentiful form with the bat and was well supported by Sharma at the other end. They are running and will keep doing the same for the next few games.
The United Arab Emirates nearly upset Sri Lanka the other night. They want to repeat that performance against India but struggle to chase a massive total. Ultimately, they fell short and hoped for a better performance in the next game.
