Indonesia is not a secular country. Atheism is not acceptable – technically, you need to follow one of the six prescribed religions. As such, it is a multi-religious state with an official ideology, Pancasila, which does not prioritize any faith. That was the idea of Indonesia’s post-independence leader Sukarno to prevent secession of much of the Muslim-majority archipelago.
