Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) is expected to defeat Herschel Walker and give Democrats a 51-49 majority in the Senate.
Dave Wasserman of The Cook Political Report tweeted:
I’ve seen enough: Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) at #garson In the runoff, Democrats won a 51-49 majority in the Senate.

Wasserman’s tweet was not an official call, but a prediction. Forecasts could change, but other media agree that the likely outcome is strongly in favor of Warnock.

A large number of outstanding Democratic votes are reflected in the “The New York Times” predicts that Warnock is likely to be the result. CBS News described the election as Lean toward the Democrats.
Walker was unable to close the gap on Warnock by surpassing his November results. Since most of the outstanding votes will come from Atlanta’s Democratic stronghold and the city’s suburbs, Walker’s votes that day will not be enough to flip the seat.
