I think anyone involved in a crime needs to be held accountable to them, and we will make that clear.”

January commission to investigate criminal activity from 2021
While these criminal handovers related to January 6 were just announced, the committee has been looking for any evidence that could establish criminal conduct for some time. As early as December 2021, Commission threatens Mark Meadows Criminal contempt of Congress.
