Pakistan goalkeeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan sheds light on the huge impact a win over India in the 2021 T20 World Cup will have on the country. Last year, the Greens beat their main rivals by 10 wickets at the Super 12 tournament stage in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

However, their campaign came to a heartbreaking end, with a fine performance from Australia’s Matthew Wade knocking them out of the semi-finals.
Mohammad Rizwan’s impressive record against India in T20Is
The former No. 1 T20I batsman has a staggering average of 65.67 against India Spanning four appearances. His match win in the 2021 T20 World Cup was his first against the Blue Shirts.
During the 2022 Asian Cup, he once again became a thorn in the side of the Indian side. He scored 71 runs in 51 overs, helping Pakistan to a crucial victory in the Super 4 stage of the Intercontinental Championships.
