San Bernardino County, California – well known as Burdeau – voted in November to create a “study” on seceding from the far left state.

We need much, much more if we are to restore the principles, or even the basic functions, of the representative republic.

Because of America’s unique history, secession is clearly branded in red.

But as many others (such as America’s greatest president, Thomas Jefferson) clearly stated – the division is a great american principleand one that is urgently needed on a large scale today.

As many Americans finally realized, their representative republic had collapsed.

View any presidential election map from at least the past 20 years, but change the setting to view county-level results. As people helpfully point out after seeing such a map of the 2016 election, America’s divisions are clearly drawn:

As anyone can clearly see, the handful of counties with America’s megacities are pretty much solely responsible for the Democratic vote. This is where the problem lies.

But national-level issues are not my focus here, as the idea that all of America, from farmers in Iowa to ranchers in Texas to “upstate” New Yorkers, should heed to the whims of far-left residents It’s ridiculous for LA County and NYC.

As the example of Bodeau shows, the imperialism of the far-left megalopolis can affect countries as much as they affect the whole country.

Many states have had to deal with this. To give a few examples:

• The entire New York State is dominated by New York City
• California is largely controlled by Los Angeles County.Add San Francisco and the rest of the state ends up
• The entire state of Maryland is subject to Baltimore
• florida is dominate- Just kidding, they’re free now
• Illinois is dominated by Chicago and Cook County
• Wisconsin is dominated by the People’s Republic of Milwaukee and Madison
• Virginia is increasingly dominated by Northern Virginia, home to ultra-wealthy defense contractors and government bureaucrats. (Let me tell you, I’ve seen few examples of more polar opposites of a state’s citizens than Arlington and Albemarle counties.)

Getting started?

Anyone who has been to this great land will quickly realize that Illinoisans have little in common with Chicago. Western Marylanders are very different from Baltimoreans.

Just ask Wisconsinians what they think of the eccentric communist fiefdom of “Madistan.”

The point is, even at the much smaller state level, large populations are dominated by large cities filled with people who often outright hate them and all their values.

ask yourself: Word madison communist live in a Word Do communes have anything in common with farmers or carpenters living in Manitowoc County?

What is the answer. Nothing, except they all live under the Wisconsin state government. Because there are only two cities filled with so many Democrats that they can often outvote the rest of the state, Manitowoc farmers live at the feet of those who hate him.

This is not the way to live.

The answer is obvious, too Morality choose. People accept insults from distant foreigners for no good reason. (Yes, there are indeed that many cultural differences.)

Illinois should force Cook County to become its own state, otherwise, other counties should secede and form New Illinois. That way, the people of Shelby County don’t have to live under the corrupt, authoritarian thumb of Chicagoans.

Chicago was then free to run their own communist utopia—but they were incapable of imposing it on the rest of the state and people with diametrically opposed views.
