Dog Nala went missing after being separated from her owner while hiking in snowy mountains near Falls Canyon, Utah, on Christmas Eve.
After her master couldn’t find her, she spent Christmas Eve alone. When her master finally found Nora, she was above the falls—but he couldn’t reach her because the terrain was steep and icy.
He reported her missing to authorities, and a Weber County Sheriff’s search and rescue team located her.
The team rescued Nora and returned her to her family before Christmas was over.
