Now that Democrats have released Trump’s tax returns, it’s an unprecedented act of retaliation they may come to regret.
A majority of voters want those Democrats’ tax returns released, according to a new poll.

A Rasmussen Report survey released Thursday found that a majority of voters believe Republican lawmakers should demand the release of the tax returns of Democrats who voted to release former President Donald Trump.
While the survey found that a majority (63%) favors the release of six years of Trump’s tax returns by Democratic members of the House Ways and Means Committee, a majority of Democrats who want that to happen will do the same.
The survey said:
Republicans will control the House of Representatives next year. Should Republicans in Congress release the federal tax returns of Democrats who voted to release Trump’s tax returns?
The majority (54%) said “yes,” followed by 31% who said “no,” and 16% who were still unsure.
