The MAGA movement is America’s version of the Taliban. Like the Taliban, MAGA embraces violence and threats to gain power.
They’re not interested in policy debates or real governance, just waging their culture wars to depress individual rights, suppress dissent, undo fair elections, and destroy our democracy.

The Lincoln Plan was right. The past week has shown that Republicans don’t care about House governance. They are all about chaos and the destruction of democracy. They hate democracy so much that they cannot elect their own Speaker of the House of Representatives.
The American people have been warned, and they are doing well to rise to the challenge. Some of the better organizations in New York may have saved the House majority, but it didn’t, so a House Republican majority would be a real commercial for MAGA’s desire to destroy democracy.
