The IRS has collected data on thousands of wealthy Americans over the past decade, giving us insight into Michael Bloomberg, Rupert Murdoch, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, The finances of wealthy Americans like George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg. It shows their income and taxes, their investments and stock trades, and the number and results of their audits.
Analyzing this data supports the cornerstone of our tax system: Everyone pays their fair share, and the rich pay the most. The records also show that the rich can legally pay their taxes, a small fraction of the millions of dollars in wealth they grow each year.

Because the wealth accumulated by the rich every year is not taxable income. These assets are considered income only when they are sold.
When Donald Trump ran for president in 2016, he refused to release his tax returns because they were being audited, which is not uncommon for people in his income class. But Hillary Clinton’s Democratic operatives claim he withheld information that could disqualify him from office.

The U.S. Constitution stipulates a very limited list of eligibility for presidential candidacy: Candidates must be natural-born citizens over the age of 35 who have lived in the United States for at least 14 years. The Supreme Court has ruled that states cannot impose any additional requirements.

Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said, “I don’t understand why this is such a big problem for liberals?” Nobody wants to release their tax returns. His political opponents will go through them and create problems out of non-issues.”
Throughout Trump’s presidency, Democrats, the liberal media, and progressive opponents have invented and theorized the reasons for Trump’s refusal to release his tax returns. And the groups didn’t mention that Trump returned most of his salary to the government. He has donated his entire salary to the FDA to help develop a COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic.

When Democrats petitioned the Supreme Court to get Donald Trump’s taxes in a desperate attempt to fill the void to continue their witch hunt, they reluctantly agreed. In the absence of legal precedent for doing so, it is the first time in history that a president has been compelled by any court to disclose his tax returns.

Democrats unleashed a political nuke on the president, spending four years trying to impeach him for a conspiracy theory invented by Adam Schiff. To add insult to injury, they leaked Trump’s tax returns to the liberal press so the whole of America could see them. Politicians, political scientists, journalists, and even many in the liberal media are outraged by the Democrats’ immoral belligerence.
Rogan O’Handley, a political lawyer and academic, said Democrats opened a can of worms they’ll regret. “The Left just set a precedent they will regret very much. Now we can see *everyone’s* tax returns: Let’s start with McConnell, Pelosi, Schiff, Schumer and Biden & Co. “
Mark Levin said, “Trump’s tax returns only prove how successful Donald Trump has been.”
Congressman Troy Nehls (R-TX) opined, “I’m not interested in seeing the tax returns of President Donald Trump, a man who left office poorer than he started. Tax returns of multimillionaire elected officials.”
“The Pelosi gang’s abuse of power to obtain and release former President Trump’s tax returns should lead to the removal of all responsible Democrats on the Ways and Means Committee,” said Judicial Watch Chairman Tom Fitton. Fox News host Jella Geraldo Rivera agreed: “Trump’s federal tax returns were unfairly released out of spite and just to harass him. They illegally violated his privacy!”

Sirius XM talk show host Andrew Wilco countered: “There is no regulation requiring presidential candidates to release their tax returns. Republicans have to use this political weapon in Congress now. They have no choice because the Democrats Found another way to silence those who stand in our way.”
The Fourth Amendment grants every citizen a reasonable expectation of privacy that their private space will be inviolable, whether physical or electronic, or from individuals or governments.

Donald Trump is the richest presidential contender of all time. Revealing his income tax returns to anyone is a huge security risk for Trump and his entire family. To protect him and his family, he has a legal right to keep his tax returns secret from everyone.
By asking the Supreme Court for copies of Donald Trump’s tax returns, Democrats are expressing their contempt for the safety of Trump and his family. It’s a blot on our democracy that’s now baked into the Supreme Court’s rulings. Now, Democrats believe they have “unlimited power to lock down and make public the tax returns of ordinary citizens and political opponents at any time.”
In 2018, California, the most liberal state in the United States, passed a bill requiring presidential candidates to release their tax returns before voting, in a blatant dig at Donald Trump. The Supreme Court struck it down as unconstitutional. Even former far-left governor Jerry Brown agreed.

Most Americans believe Democrats spent too much time investigating the Jan. 6 protests and not enough, according to Pew Research. time management country. More Americans than ever are concerned about federal overreach after Elon Musk revealed that Democrats, federal agencies and the Bidens slept with Twitter executives in the last election. Terrible if the government and its agencies can convince Big Tech to censor conservatives and deny news about the illegal activities of a presidential candidate’s son! Political activists, conservative candidates and even ordinary citizens worry that Biden and the Democrats will use federal agencies, as Barack Obama did with the IRS, to silence everyone they want.
The Fourth Amendment protects your income tax return from public scrutiny. It protects us from selective audits demanded by politicians who fear those who disagree with them. When any political party disrespects the constitution and no one stops them, that’s when we must vigilantly protect ourselves from the government.
