Marjorie Taylor Greene slammed a resolution introduced by South Carolina Republican Congressman Joe Wilson that would have required Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zellen to be displayed at the Capitol Bust of Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Wilson’s resolution declared the Fine Arts Committee responsible for obtaining a bust of Zelensky “for display in the House Wing of the U.S. Capitol” for a “permanent location.”
It wasn’t embarrassing enough to see Vice President Kamala Harris and then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi unfurling the Ukrainian flag during a special joint session of Congress last month. Wilson just upped the ante.
The resolution has zero co-sponsors and has been referred to the House Administration Committee.
We believe that if Zelenskyy could join this effort as a co-sponsor, he would. He might even have paid for the bust himself with money from your salary. What a bargain.
If you are a Republican but you support legislation to place a bust of Zelensky in the U.S. Capitol, you are a pathetic RINO.
looking at you @RepJoeWilson.

The question here is, how did Joe Wilson beat the Democrats over a bust of Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the Capitol? How about Wilson instead of some other Ukraine First Republican like the late Adam Kinsinger or “Conservatives are the real terrorists” Dan Crenshaw?
Wilson’s resolution was met with a harsh response from Rep. Greene (R-GA).
“Absolutely not!” she tweeted. “We serve America not Ukraine!”
You might think so, but reality shows that our last Congress certainly served Ukraine as much, if not more, than the American people.
Let’s hope this Congress is different.
Absolutely not!

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) also seemed to disagree with the idea of a bust of Ukraine’s president prominently displayed at the Capitol.
“Isn’t $10 billion+ for Ukraine enough?” he quipped.
No, for Zelensky and his drooling believers in Congress, the odds are slim that this will be enough.
Now there is a House resolution trying to display Zelensky’s face on the U.S. Capitol.

pure madness
Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who has repeatedly called the Ukrainian president a “troll,” was also furious over the proposed bust of Zelensky at the CapitolcrumblingCongress fights for more money.
“You’re seeing some of the silliest statements from some of the nicest people in Washington because they’ve got this brain virus,” Carlson said.
“So those congressmen who are decent again are now trying to spend money to build a monument to a foreign leader in the U.S. Capitol,” he added. “It’s crazy.”

Crazy, yes. But we’ve seen even stranger things at the Capitol.
This is the same place where Democrats paid homage to another false hero of George Floyd inside Liberation Hall, kneel down almost nine minutes Sports Kente.

Just an absolute clown show.
Last year, Democrats also wanted to create a memorial and educational exhibit for the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol.
The Capitol Memorial Act, as it is known, “will serve as a memorial to the heroic law enforcement officers who sacrificed their lives and to remind future generations that our democracy is only as strong as we are willing to uphold it,” said Representative Jason Crow when introducing the bill .
The bill has 93 co-sponsors.
How many people will sign the Zelenskyy bust resolution?
