Air India case: ‘She (plaintiff) urinates herself’, Shankar Mishra’s lawyer argues
A Sessions Court is hearing Delhi Police’s amendment plea challenging the District Court’s January 7 order denying custody of Shankar Mishra, who is accused of urinating on a female passenger on an Air India flight. There, Mishra’s lawyers argued that the fellow passenger was a Kathak dancer, 80 percent of whom suffered from incontinence.
“Complaint that woman’s seat is blocked. It is impossible for him (Mishra) to go there. Woman has incontinence problem. She urinates on herself. She is Kathak dancer, 80% of Kathak dancers Everyone has this problem,” the lawyer said. (Arnie)
