Rep. Rich Torres (D-NY) is calling on the House to investigate the FBI’s refusal to investigate sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh as a new documentary reveals damning evidence of Kavanaugh’s sexual assault.
Rep. Torres tweeted:
If House Republicans are so keen on investigating the FBI, why not investigate the FBI’s failure to thoroughly investigate the sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh?
Why not investigate Trump White House meddling in FBI investigation of Kavanaugh?

pack According to the report, the documentary “Justice” contains new evidence against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh:
The film also provides smoking guns: Kavanaugh’s roommate at Yale, Max Stier, left a recording of a phone call for the FBI and played in the documentary, in which he recalls his time at Yale. One incident, which the university learned of, involved a “very drunk” Kavanaugh with him down his pants and let a female freshman pinch his penis, laughing and talking.
The woman’s name was redacted, and the film says she chose not to come forward.

FBI Director Chris Wray acknowledged in testimony before Congress in 2022 that sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh were never investigated.
Ray told the Senate“I apologize in advance for frustrating you, we’re trying to figure out our process, so when it comes to tip lines, we want to make sure the White House has all the information we have, so when hundreds of calls start coming in, We collected the calls, reviewed them, and provided them to the White House without investigation.”
The FBI never investigated the allegations against Kavanaugh. They forwarded the allegations to Trump’s White House.
It was a fraud designed to provide political cover for Senate Republicans to vote to confirm Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. However, the truth cannot be buried forever. It is surfacing. Kavanaugh should be investigated and if he is found to have committed sexual assault, he should be removed from the bench.
Since removal requires impeachment, and the chances of House Republicans voting to impeach Kavanaugh are close to zero, Democrats should file a case against Kavanaugh so that if they take full control of the federal government, they can immediately push for his departure Supreme Court Tribunal.
